As you’re thinking about what to serve to family this holiday season, it’s a perfect time to give some thought to how and where you’ll be sourcing your ingredients. Ohio’s small farmers and local food businesses offer up unique and delicious products, and you can support them and your local economy by replacing a few of your holiday recipe ingredients with those made and grown locally.
ODA Director Dorothy Pelanda is dishing up some of her favorite Christmas morning recipes using Ohio Proud products. Many of these ingredients can be picked up at your nearby farmers market, local grocery store, or straight from the source!
