Ohio Proud would like to invite you to be a part of its General Store exhibit at the 2025 Ohio State Fair! The store will be located in the “Taste of Ohio and Beer Garden” building, right between beloved family attractions Kiddieland and the Natural Resources Park. If you are interested in having Ohio Proud sell your products at the fair, please read the below information and complete the attached application by Thursday, July 3.
OHIO PROUD GENERAL STORE APPLICATION
Each participating partner is allowed a maximum of 3 different products to be sold.
- Those items may be the same item in different flavors/sizes or different product types.
- Due to the volume of product Ohio Proud will be managing, we ask that you don’t send us too much product.
- If your “case” quantity is between 4-8 items, you can send us two cases of each item.
- If your case quantity is 10-12, or more, please only send one case of each item.
- While generally we require product to be shelf stable to participate, this year we will have some refrigeration space available for product that is temp sensitive- please indicate on your application if you will need your products refrigerated.
Items that tend to not sell:
- Products priced over $15
- Products that weigh more then 2 lbs.
- Items that are delicate, or susceptible to summer heat

- Honey Sticks
- Maple Candies
- Apple Butter
- More Jelly/Jam Flavors
- Goat Soaps and Lotions
Ohio Proud companies will be responsible for delivering/shipping product to the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) in Reynoldsburg by Friday, July 11, 2025. Ohio Proud will pay partners for items sold after the fair is over and partners will be required to pick up any unsold products from ODA at that time, or shipping arrangements can be made at the company’s expense.
