• Cream Cheese Delight:
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Ohio sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Ohio heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla (optional)
  • Pecan or Walnut and Pineapple Sandwich:
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 8-ounce package crushed pineapple, welldrained and squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
  • Ohio bread, toasted
  • Ohio butter
  • Light Cucumber Salsa:
  • 1 Ohio cucumber, peeled, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Ohio fat free sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Ohio plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh Ohio parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Ohio carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Vidalia onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ohio hot sauce



Cream Cheese Delight: All ingredients should remain at room temperature. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and whipping cream until well-blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with fresh fruit, scones, vanilla wafers, or breads. Pecan or Walnut and Pineapple Sandwich: Add chopped pecans or walnuts, cream cheese, and drained pineapple; stirring until combined. Toast and butter bread. Add filling and enjoy. Light Cucumber Salsa: Mix all ingredients together. Serve with fresh Ohio vegetables.
