- 2 pounds boneless Ohio pork loin roast
- 1 package (1-ounce) dried
- 1 16-ounce can whole cranberry sauce
- salt and pepper to taste

Season pork with salt and pepper. In small saucepan, stir together cranberry sauce and onion soup mix; simmering over low heat and stirring occasionally. Place pork in 350 degree F oven and roast 30 minutes. Baste pork with cranberry mixture. Continue roasting another 10 to 20 minutes or until pork’s internal temperature, as measured with a meat thermometer, is 150 degree F. Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
