Ingredients

  • 2 pounds tilapia filets
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 cups vegetable oil

 

Instructions

Combine paprika, salt, black pepper, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and vegetable oil in large bowl; mixing until well blended. Baste fish with sauce and place in preheated 350ºF oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Brush frequently with sauce.
