Ingredients

  • 4 lamb shanks, about 3 to 31/2 pounds total
  • 12 ounces liquid, such as vegetable juice, beef broth, barbeque sauce, cola

 

Instructions

Trim shanks of any excess fat. Place in crock pot; covering with liquid. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. Remove meat from liquid. It will be falling off the bones.
