Ingredients
- 1 pound ground American Bison
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
Combine meat, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, milk, salt and pepper, and shape into balls. Place meatballs in an 8-inch square pan. With the remaining ingredients make a sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. This recipe can also be made into patties.
