Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces sour cream
1 cup diced and saut�©ed apples â�� 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat
2 tblspn minced chives
1 tblspn chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped tarragon or basil
2 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
Peel and fine dice 2 medium size apples to create 2 cups. Saut�© the apples over medium heat with a touch of canola oil for 3-4 mins. Once the apples are saut�©ed remove from heat and allow to come to room temp. Place the remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
