- 1 pound Bob Evans Zesty Hot Sausage Roll
- 1 small Ohio onion, diced
- 2 28-ounce cans baked beans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Ohio ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Ohio prepared mustard
Oven: In 3-quart Dutch oven over medium heat, crumble and brown sausage with onions. Drain. Add beans, sugar, ketchup, and mustard. Bake at 350ºF for 11/2 hours or until hot. Crock Pot: In skillet over medium heat, crumble and brown sausage with onions. In slow-cooking crock pot stir together all ingredients. Cover and cook on low 5 to 7 hours. Sausage Con Queso Dip Yields 4 cups 1 pound Bob Evans Zesty Hot Sausage Roll 1 16-ounce package pasteurized processed cheese 1 small Ohio tomato, diced 1 4.5-ounce can chopped green chiles, drained Ohio tortilla chips In large saucepan, crumble and brown sausage over medium heat. Drain on paper towel. Return sausage to saucepan. Cut cheese into cubes and add to sausage. Cook; stirring frequently until cheese is melted. Stir in tomato and green chiles. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
