- 1-2 Cups Vincenzo’s Muffoletta
- 1 round loaf Italian bread
- 1/4 lb. Provolone Cheese 1/4 lb. spicy Cappicolla, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb. Genoa Salami, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb. Mortadella, sliced thin
Slice bread evenly in half. Layer meats evenly on bottom half of bread, placing cheese on top of meats.
Spread Vincenzo’s Muffoletta evenly on top of bread. Place the other half of bread on sandwich. Slice into wedges and serve.
