Ingredients

  • 1 whole Ohio pork tenderloin (about one pound)
  • 1 1/2 cups Ohio apple cider
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Ohio honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except pork, mixing well. Place pork in heavy plastic bag. Pour apple cider mixture over pork to coat. Refrigerate and allow to marinate for 4 to 24 hours. Preheat grill to medium-hot.

Grill pork for 12 to 15 minutes until internal temperature is between 140 and 150 degrees. Remove from grill and let sit for at least ten minutes.
