• 1 pound ground lamb
  • 24 won ton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Major Grey chutney
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • black olives, sliced and pitted (optional)



Preheat oven to 400ºF. Press won ton wrappers into mini-muffin pans. Cook lamb in skillet until browned; draining off excess fat. Stir in pecans, mayonnaise, vinegar, chutney and curry powder. Additional curry powder may be added to taste. Spoon lamb mixture into won ton cups; topping with cheese. Bake approximately 8 minutes or until won tons are golden brown. Garnish with sliced black olives, if desired.
