Serves 8


  • 12 cups milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla or rum
  • pinch of salt



Heat milk just to boil (don?t boil). Place all other ingredients in blender; add hot milk. Blend at low speed for 1 minute. Stir with rubber spatula to remove bubbles and pour into dessert cups or serving bowl. Chill several hours before serving. Whipped cream may be added if desired.
