Serves 6-8

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken wings (or 4 to 6 thighs, breasts)
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon garlic (or 1 fresh clove)
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup red wine (optional)

 

Instructions

Marinate chicken in ingredients 1 day or overnight, turning frequently. Cook on grill or broil in broiling pan. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees F, then broil for 5 minutes; turn and repeat.
